Hampstead Market - Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

The Hampstead Market area sits right between Hampstead and West Grand, and features many Justice League themed shops, exaggerated super hero statues and signs, tattoo parlours, thrift stores, pride and superhero wall art, and international foods. The area was based on London's Camden Market, and shares a lot of similarities.

I took the level from a block out pass to final. I had some great guidance from my Lead and colleagues as this part of the city developed. My responsibilities were to take the level from blockout to final, focusing on buildings, unique structures, setdressing with an emphasis on story telling, giving this part of the city a unique personality, as well as polish and bugfixing, etc. A lot of assets were developed by various artists in house and by outsource. Wonder Woman statue was modelled by Lois Starkey, and the Flash Statue was modelled by Faye Meadows. Lighting in this area was done by Oskar Woinski.
